Ahmet GEZMEN ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") built the PDF Diff app ("Application") as a Commercial / Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Ahmet GEZMEN and is intended for use as is.

PDF Diff App highly respects its users' privacy. While using our Application:

• No Usage Data or Analytics: We do not collect or track any statistical data regarding how you use the Application (clicks, screen time, etc.) or app crashes.

2. Document and File Processing (Local Processing)

The primary function of the PDF Diff App is to find text and visual differences between two PDF files. During this process, your privacy is 100% guaranteed:

• Fully Local (Offline) Processing: All PDF files and documents you upload or drag and drop into our Application are processed strictly on your own device (locally).
• No Cloud Uploads: Your documents, text, or content are never uploaded, sent, or copied to the Developer's or any third-party's remote server, cloud, or the internet.
• No Persistent Storage: The analysis performed on the processed files is temporary. Once you close the application, your sensitive text content is not retained on any of our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Application operates independently and does not use any third-party infrastructure (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Advertising Networks, Bug Tracking SDKs, etc.) that could collect data, track you, or serve advertisements.

4. Log Files and Error Logs

We do not automatically send any device log files or crash reports to a remote server that could affect your security or privacy. Errors that occur on your device may be stored locally by your device's own operating system, but we as the Developer do not have access to this data.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Parents should know that children can use this Application safely and offline on their own devices.

6. Security

Since you do not provide us with any personal information and all processing happens on your own device, standard risks such as data interception or data breaches are not applicable to our Application. It is your responsibility to maintain the general security of your device (e.g., using strong passwords, keeping your operating system up to date).
